Ideally, you should make a reservation 48 hours in advance. However,
we know that travel plans can change at the last minute, and make
every effort to honor last minute requests.
~Do I need to pay tolls?
Your driver may need to take toll roads and/or bridges to get you
quickly to your destination. You will be informed about, and billed
for, all tolls incurred on the trip.
~Can I ask my driver to take a route that does not include toll
roads and/or bridges?
Yes, you can. However, the driver will (in your best interests) take
into account factors such pickup location, destination, traffic
movement, and the shortest route between the two points.
~What constitutes a round trip?
A round trip is when a driver takes you somewhere, waits for you,
and brings you back. Going back on a different date is not
considered a round trip.
~How much notice is needed to cancel a reservation once made?
We ask our customers to cancel their reservations at least 12 hours
in advance to serve them better. Cancellations made later than this
will attract a cancellation fee.
~Can I pre-pay for a reservation?
